• Physical goods

3. Personal Planning Services

Descriptions of planning sessions, workshops, and consultations provided by our team. Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Informational Products

Digital materials such as guides, courses, and templates delivered via download access.

5. Physical Goods

Printed books, workbooks, and related items shipped to your address.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are due at the time of request or order. We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your order or session.

7. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our offerings. The following terms apply:

• Personal Planning Services: You may reschedule a session without penalty up to 48 hours before the appointment. Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the session start. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days after approval. Sessions cancelled less than 72 hours before start are non-refundable due to preparation efforts.
• Informational Products: Full refunds are available if requested within 14 days of purchase and if no download has been initiated. Once a download link has been accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable to protect content integrity.
• Physical Goods: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 21 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
